		<description>Nice idea thought could probably be a much longer feature.

Rather than that Al Gore film, why not focus on the Cardiff Film Festival (as that is a big event) and use that hook to show how far Chapter has come since it began.

Don&#039;t go too broad on this story - remember you have to pull it off in 500 words!

Remember you need a strong intro/lede to this story and the Film festival scene might do that for you.
